CongressFlows is a free, publicly accessible platform that aggregates and displays financial disclosure data from the United States Congress. The data is sourced from official government disclosures under the STOCK Act of 2012.
The Service includes: a dashboard of recent congressional trades, individual profiles of congress members, analysis by stock ticker, and a signal detection engine that identifies patterns in trading activity.
3. Financial Disclaimer — IMPORTANT
CongressFlows does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.
All information presented on this website is for educational and informational purposes only. The "signals" generated by our engine are algorithmic observations based on publicly available data — they are NOT buy or sell recommendations.
You should always conduct your own research and consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision. Past trading activity of congress members does not guarantee future results.
Trading stocks involves risk. You may lose some or all of your investment.
4. Data Sources and Accuracy
The data displayed on CongressFlows is sourced from:
- U.S. Senate Financial Disclosures (efdsearch.senate.gov)
- U.S. House of Representatives Financial Disclosures (disclosures-clerk.house.gov)
While we strive to present data accurately, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Official disclosures may have a legal reporting delay of up to 45 days. Data is processed through third-party APIs and may contain normalization artifacts.
5. Limitation of Liability
CongressFlows and its creator(s) shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from:
- Investment decisions made based on information displayed on this website
- Inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in the data presented
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
- Actions of third-party services we rely on (APIs, hosting, etc.)
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6. Intellectual Property
The website design, code, branding, and original content (analysis, descriptions, signal algorithms) are the intellectual property of CongressFlows. The underlying congressional disclosure data is public domain.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download data from the Service
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Misrepresent information from CongressFlows as professional financial advice

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
